Prototyping

Whatever your needs are, Advanced MotorTech can bring your design from development into a working prototype ready for testing in one of our many customized testing solutions. We specialize in utilizing several years of experience from our engineers to develop effective prototypes. By communicating readily with our clients we are able to customize the final product so that the magnetic machine will be able to function at or beyond expectations. The 3D model analysis that is done in the motor design process will be tested using the prototype to fine tune and make any final adjustments.

We have at our disposal nearby machine shops and vendors to manufacture custom electrical motors. Our capabilities include the use of 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, CAD/CAE, and JMAG to design and provide detailed designs for productions.

After the development of the working prototype we are capable of testing the motor on one of our dynamometers to determine real world output and efficiency.

Prototype Development

There is great uncertainty as to whether a new design will actually do what is desired. New designs often have unexpected problems. In order to determine if a design will function to the proper specifications, after the analysis in our design procedure, we have the capabilities to use our shop-floor experience to build a prototype for testing.

Testing

After creating a prototype we are able to determine how effective the electric machine will function in real world applications. We design custom testing solutions to fit the appropriate motors and what aspects we are testing. Because of our extensive hands-on experience we can adapt to many motors of different sizes and types.
