Prototype Development

After the design of a electric motor, generator or magnetic device is finalized through our detailed analysis report, we can move on to the creation of a prototype.

The prototype is a working model of a design that can be tested to validate the design.

We use the 3D model used for analysis ot develop the mechanical and fabrication details.

We make 3D models and drawings, fabricate parts and fixtures, and assemble a fully functional machine.

Design specifications and varaitious operating points can then tested and verified for comparison to the design models, as well as real-life functionality and performance.
